DIRTY LAUNDRY CAN REDUCE LOWER BACK PAIN

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash) -- Here's an excuse to avoid washing your clothes: Dirty laundry can reduce lower back pain. That's according to San Diego-based exercise physiologist Aaron Brooks, who claims sticking a bag of dirty laundry between your legs and squeezing it 20 times can help reduce back pain. Brooks also says getting on your hands and knees, putting the laundry bag between your ankles and squeezing it is also a good way to treat back pain. Finally, instead of throwing away the ribbons from your Christmas gifts, Brooks suggests wrapping them around your knees and pulling apart your legs.
