LEGGY LADY'S 50-INCH PINS A GUINNESS RECORD?

GILLINGHAM, Kent, U.K. (Wireless Flash) -- A leggy lady in England hopes her 50-inch legs will get her into the "Guinness Book of World Records. Receptionist Lynne Ellis of Gillingham, Kent, stands 6- feet, 4-inches high and believes her tremendous trotters should earn her a new world's record as the "Woman With the Longest Legs." The current Guinness record holder is German model Nadja Auerman, whose legs measure 44-inches from hip to heel -- 6 inches shorter than Lynne's legs. The 35 year old says she hopes to become a professional singer and figures the Guinness record will help her get her a leg in the showbiz door. Meanwhile, a Guinness spokesman says officials are already in the process of verifying two other claims for the record -- one for a woman with 49-inch pins and another who claims to have legs that are 49.75 inches long.
