WHAT WINE GOES BEST WITH HUMAN FLESH?

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- Here's some food for thought: What kind of wine would you serve with human flesh? Well, one celebrity chef in Los Angeles says human flesh would go best with a 1959 Chateau Lafit Rothschild. Chef Babette Ory is making her tongue-in-cheek wine selections in honor of Hannibal, the Silence Of The Lambs sequel, which opens on Friday. She says human flesh would probably be best grilled or roasted and served with a light side dish, such as asparagus spears in a wine-butter sauce. Another rule of thumb: Try matching the age of the wine with the age of the person you're eating. However, whatever you do, don't do what Hannibal Lecter did and drink a "nice Chianti" with human liver. According to Ory, "Chianti has too much of a bite." She recommends a Barolo red instead.
