HUGH GRANT IN CATFIGHT OVER MOVIE FIGHT SCENE

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – Hugh Grant is fighting mad over accusations he’s a wimpy fighter. Grant – who appears in the upcoming film, Bridget Jones’ Diary – says he’s being accused of “fighting like a girl” by his co-star, Colin Firth. Firth claims Hugh scratched him and pulled his hair while filming a fight scene for the movie, and that Grant was such a girly man that he was unable to “punch with his fists.” But Hugh wants to set the record straight. He tells New York gossip reporter Baird Jones that he’s not a wimp and that he’s been trained to pull “...blows and not draw blood.” The Brit actor also claims that if he had wanted, he could have hurt Firth “quite badly.” Bridget Jones’ Diary – which stars Renee Zellweger – opens in theaters April 13.
