According to southern California-based fitness expert Jodi Stolove, working on your taxes can also be a good physical workout. Stolove suggests you start by sitting at your desk and warming up by rolling your neck around slowly. Next, open and close your hands and also fan them out widely. This will prevent writer’s cramp when you’re filling out forms. Instead of counting on your fingers, stamp your feet in place and count the number of taps. Finally, Stolove suggests you drink lots of water so you’ll get lots of exercise running back and forth to the bathroom.
