PHOENIX HOUSEWIFE INVENTS ‘OCTOKINI’

PHOENIX (Wireless Flash) – A Phoenix housewife hopes to do for swimsuits what Mrs. Fields did for chocolate chip cookies. 42-year-old Nanci Nenninger has invented something called “The Octokini,” which a swimsuit that can be adjusted eight different ways to either show off or disguise certain body parts. The Lycra suit contains separate pieces that have multiple closures that can be adjusted to show everything or nothing. Nenninger says she considers herself “a postage stamp and butt floss kinda gal,” and admits she has a hard time finding a bathing suit that fits her body, which she describes as “between a cone and a pear.” She plans to expose her idea to the world by wearing her Octokini at the INPEX invention show next month in Pittsburgh. Nenninger says she’s also taking music lessons in the hopes of becoming a “combination Marilyn Manson and Elvis Costello.”
