‘NEWLYWED GAME’ MEETS ‘SURVIVOR’

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Wireless Flash) – What do you get when you cross Survivor with The Newlywed Game? An upcoming reality show hopes to find that out. The new game show – called The Ultimate Marriage Challenge – will pit 13 married couples against each other in mental and physical challenges for a chance at winning $1 million. Although the challenges won’t be revealed before the show’s fall broadcast, a spokeswoman admits the couples “won’t be eating rats” like the folks on Survivor. Producers will start their search for couples in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this Saturday (May. 12), and the show will be taped at an undisclosed luxury resort later this summer.
