A PARANORMAL NATIONAL PARK

A PARANORMAL NATIONAL PARK

AUSTIN, Texas (Wireless Flash) – A national preserve on the Texas- Louisiana border is quickly becoming a must-see spot for paranormal buffs. The swampy area between Houston and New Orleans is called “The Big Thicket” and is the site of numerous “strange energy manifestations” such as blackouts and stalled cars. Paranormal researcher Ron Riggs says visitors to the area have also seen everything from ghost lights to hairy, Bigfoot-like creatures with terrible odors. One utility worker reportedly found himself surrounded by a tribe of phantom Indians who glared at him when he entered the Thicket to fix power lines during a blackout. Riggs is the author of the new book, In The Big Thicket: On The Trail Of The Wild Man (Paraview Press).
