LOS ANGELES – Aging rock star David Crosby has gone from CSN to CPR. Crosby’s latest musical project is CPR, a trio with his son, James Raymond on keyboards and Jeff Pevar on guitar. The jazz- inflected trio begins a nationwide tour on Wednesday (Jun. 13).
