LIFESAVERS SURVEY: ARE YOU A BITER OR A SUCKER?

PARSIPPANY, N.J. (Wireless Flash) – A new survey by Lifesavers shows Americans are a bunch of suckers – at least when it comes to candy. The poll reveals 74 percent of people eat their Lifesavers by sucking them, while 19 percent prefer to bite them. The biggest city for suckers is Chicago, where almost 90 percent suck. The survey also found “suckers” are more likely to be female Democrats who earn less than $40,000, while biters tend to be Republican men earning more than $60,000. Finally, the “hole truth” is that cherry is the most popular Lifesaver flavor, followed by butter rum, Wint-O-Green and pineapple.
