WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE 2-BEDROOM APARTMENT: $9 MILLION!
NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – A New York-based real estate agent to the stars claims he’s selling the world’s most expensive two-bedroom apartment. The two-bedroom, 1.5 bath penthouse contains just 1750 square feet – but it has an asking price of $9 million. Realtor Wallace Jordan says the apartment is located in the tony Eldorado Tower on Central Park West and whoever buys it will be neighbors with Alec Baldwin and U2 frontman Bono. Jordan says the apartment bears such a high price tag because it has four large terraces, a 360-degree view of Manhattan and it comes already furnished with antiques. He admits there’s only a slim chance he’ll get the full $9 million he’s asking, but says in real estate you usually “...have to ask more than you expect to get.”
