TORI AMOS COVERS EMINEM

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – Some folks may give raunchy rapper Eminem a bad rap but not singer Tori Amos. In fact, she’s covering one of his tunes on her upcoming CD. Tori’s new CD, appropriately titled Strange Little Girls, features her rendition of Eminem’s “’97 Bonnie And Clyde,” which, she points out, is about a man “butchering his wife.” It may sound morbid but Tori figures doing the ditty allows the abused wife to “have a voice.” Strange Little Girls, which also features her rendition of the Beatles’ “Happiness Is A Warm Gun,” and “I Don’t Like Mondays” by the Boomtown Rats, hits stores September 18th.
