COULD JUSTIN BE ARRESTED FOR ‘BIG BROTHER’ STUNT?

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) – Could last week’s Big Brother knife incident between house guests Justin and Krista wind up in a court of law? Although Big Brother 2 spokeswoman Diane Ekeblad insists “no crime was committed,” a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department say it’s illegal to hold a knife up to someone’s neck and threaten to kill him or her. However, because the threat was considered a “private person’s crime,” southern California lawyer Clark Garen says chances are slim that Justin will be arrested for assault unless Krista or another witness files charges. Garen also says it wouldn’t be easy to convict Justin for assault because Krista was seen giggling during the knifeplay.
