PETER BILLINGSLEY: FROM ‘A CHRISTMAS STORY’ TO A MOB STORY

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) – Peter Billingsley has gone from A Christmas Story to a mob story. The kid who was once told “You’ll shoot your eye out” is now the producer of the new flick Made, which features Swingers stars Jon Favreau and Vince Vaughn as wannabe gangsters. The former child star has been pals with Vaughn ever since they starred in an anti-steroids afterschool special in the ’80s and he says he’s really enjoyed working with the Swingers pair. Part of Billingsley’s work was coordinating scenes with co-star Sean “Puffy” Combs, whom he describes as “...a pleasure to work with.” He says he loves his new career behind the camera, but that doesn’t mean he’s done with acting. In Billingsley’s words, “I don’t think there will ever be an end to the acting.”
