LONDON (Wireless Flash) – Queen Elizabeth’s mom, the Queen Mother, turns 101 tomorrow (Aug. 4) and while she’s told friends she plans on becoming Britain’s oldest living woman, the media is prepared for the worst. For years, British newspapers have had obituaries ready to go at the drop of her crown and the Daily Telegraph allegedly has a multi-page color tribute that will pop off the presses in just minutes when the Queen Mum passes on. Many top royal experts have already pre-recorded video tributes which will air when the sad news is announced, and one Tokyo TV channel has paid $2000 a year to the British government for more than 25 years to reserve a prime camera spot at the funeral service.
