PLENTY OF BATHROOMS AT KOOL-AID FESTIVAL

HASTINGS, Neb. (Wireless Flash) – Drinking Kool-Aid all day could leave your bladder yelling “Oh yeah!” But organizers of this year’s Kool-Aid Days festival in Hastings, Nebraska, say visitors have no need to worry about long lines at the toilet. The festival kicks into high gear tomorrow with a party at which thousands of people are expected to down more than 500 gallons of Kool-Aid in just seven hours. A spokeswoman for the Hastings tourism bureau says there will be plenty of bathrooms available to accommodate the “rush.” She says there are around 10 toilets available for women and the same amount of urinals on hand for men. Some of the other goings-on at the three-day festival – which kicks off today – include an appearance by the Kool-Aid Man and a display of Kool-Aid memorabilia.
