MAN GETTING OFF SCOTT-FREE FOR BUTT PHOTOS

MALMO, Sweden (Wireless Flash) – A man in Malmo, Sweden, is getting away with some cheeky behavior – photographing women’s butts without their knowledge. Detectives recently arrested the suspect for videotaping women’s heinies at a festival. Later, investigators discovered the man’s home contained more than 5000 snaps of ladies’ keisters taken without their knowledge. However, the man was soon released and, according to the Swedish newspaper Afton Bladet, probably won’t be prosecuted because of a bizarre legal issue: If the women don’t know they’re being photographed, they don’t know they’re being sexually harassed.
