DO BIBLE CODES PREDICT BIN LADEN’S ACTIVITY?

ASHLAND, Oregon (Wireless Flash) – Nostradamus may not have predicted last week’s terrorist attack but some researchers think it’s mentioned in the Bible – if you read between the lines. According to one Oregon mathematician, the Old Testament has several “codes” that can be cracked by counting every third letter. Bible code scholar Ed Sherman says the technique allowed him to uncover the words Bin Laden, the innocent is moaning; He is gross with the blood of the poor. Sherman says other Biblical codes mention the World Trade Center by name, as well as numerous spellings of Saddam Hussein. Skeptics claim the system used to decipher Bible codes can also reveal mysterious messages hidden in Harry Potter novels as well – but Sherman disagrees. He insists that “the more letters in a code, the more unlikely it is to appear by chance.” Sherman’s findings appear in the latest issue of Bible Code Digest.
