SEATTLE, Wash. (Wireless Flash) – September 11 may be to blame for increased sightings of bizarre UFOs. In the last month, Americans have reported some looney-looking spacecraft, including Miami residents who claim they’ve seen jellyfish-like UFOs and New Yorkers who are allegedly hearing flying triangles whistling morse code. One man in Bristol, Connecticut, even claimed he saw a giant mechanical object with flapping wings hovering over an old folks’ home. What does it all mean? Well, UFO expert Dr. Franklin Ruehl thinks the weird sightings may have been made by folks still panicked by the events of September 11. Meanwhile, Peter Davenport of the National UFO Reporting Center says more information is needed before it can be proven if the U.S. is really being inundated by UFOs or just some paranormal pranksters.
