THANKSGIVING COULD BE A ‘LOUSY’ HOLIDAY

BOCA RATON, Fla. (Wireless Flash) – While Americans are feasting on turkey this Thanksgiving, lice could be feasting on your child’s head. That’s because children are at higher risk for lice during the holiday because of interaction with family and friends, says Fran Marseille, a professional nitpicker and lice educator. Marseille says parents should not let their kids share hats, scarfs and coats with other kids because the cooties spread through these articles of clothing. Marseille also recommends washing all bedding after friends and family members spend the night.
