‘FISHSTRATION,’‘FUELISH PLEASURE’ AMONG YEAR’S TOP BOAT NAMES

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – Some boat owners sink as much attention into the name of their vessel as the craft itself. That’s according to the editors of Boating magazine, which have just selected the “Top Boat Names of 2001.” And the winners are... “Sheworthy,” a craft owned by two women in southern California. “Fishstration” “Fuelish Pleasure” “Irish Wake” And, finally, “Kiss My Stern,” which is owned by a man named Michael Stern. Boating editor Nancy Nisselbaum admits the winner of the Boat Name Awards only win T-shirts and hats but she insists it’s still “...the most coveted honor among boaters.”
