MARIO LOPEZ: ‘YOU’D HAVE TO PAY ME A LOT TO PLAY SANTA’

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) – Being Santa Claus is nothing to ho ho ho about, according to Other Half co-host Mario Lopez, who took Kris Kringle lessons yesterday. Lopez says he’ll never make fun of any shopping mall Santa ever again because he has a new respect for the job after trying to deal with kids in the costume. The 28-year-old actor doesn’t want to sound like a Grinch but he says Santa outfits are hot and miserable and the job requires you to be in a good mood at all times. As a result, Lopez says that if he ever gets a chance to play Santa in a film, “I better be well-compensated.” Lopez’ Santa lessons will appear on today’s episode of the syndicated show.
