ALICE COOPER DISCOVERS NEW COUNTRY SINGER

PHOENIX, Az. (Wireless Flash) – Alice Cooper is spreading his musical talents to country music. Recently, when a Phoenix-based record producer needed a female country singer to record a song for an album, Cooper chose to sing the praises of Kelly Weymouth, a waitress at his Phoenix-based restaurant, Cooperstown. Apparently, he’s got a good ear. Weymouth was not only hired to record a ballad called “Christmas Daddy,” but she also got a record deal as well. However, Weymouth isn’t letting success go to her head. She still works at Cooper’s restaurant a few shifts a week. Weymouth’s producer, Don Demarest, is so grateful he’s considering having her record some country versions of Alice Cooper songs.
