Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. recently told NME.com that he’d love to hear the recording, though he says his band has no intention of returning the favor and covering any of Adams’ songs.

NEW YORK – Mariah Carey might not be doing too well right now, but her motorcycle is. The crystal-covered Kawasaki that Mariah posed with for the cover of her Glitter CD, is currently being featured in a window display at Sak’s Fifth Avenue. Spokespersons for the event refuse to comment on whether Carey was jealous of her newly-famous bike.

LOS ANGELES – Back in January, Megadeth took a hiatus, but instead of having a nice, relaxing time, singer Dave Mustaine seriously injured his arm in an undisclosed accident. Well, things haven’t gotten any better for the band’s frontman and he has decided to break up the band after 20 years.
