Although authorities in Michigan dismissed charges against Damon J. Francis, saying he’s “delusional,” federal agents have just announced they may want to take over the case.

HATFIELD, Pa. – A Pennsylvania woman has successfully retrieved two $100 bills that were swallowed by her Doberman pincher. Sue Gadaleta carefully reassembled fragments of the bills after the pooch passed them, and was able to trade the money in for some crisp new bills.
