SYDNEY, Australia (Wireless Flash) – Russell Crowe may have won an Oscar, but what he really wants to do is direct. And direct he will, according to the Sydney Sun-Herald, which reports the Aussie hunk plans to helm the next music video produced for his singer girlfriend Danielle Spencer.

LOS ANGELES – Anthony Edwards may have left the NBC TV show ER, but he’s giving something back to the fans – his personal trailer. Edwards is currently holding an e-Bay auction of the 36-foot Airstream trailer he used while filming the show.

LOS ANGELES – Laverne & Shirley Together Again, a Laverne & Shirley retrospective, airs tonight (Tues May 7), but unlike a lot of reunion shows, this one will be light on out-takes. According to the show’s co-star Penny Marshall, this is because the actors cursed so much while filming. Says Marshall: “It would be all bleeps.”

SANTA MONICA – Look out! Here comes Neil Patrick Harris as Spider-Man. The former Doogie Hauser star will be voicing a new cartoon on Spider-Man set to hit MTV in winter 2002. Lisa Loeb will voice Mary Jane Watson, and Ian Ziering will be Harry Osborn.

DENTON, Texas – Does it seem like more women are walking around with Halle Berry’s hairdo? According to a survey by Sally Beauty Company, Berry’s hairstyle is now the most requested movie star look among women, followed by Nicole Kidman’s red curls.
