Rosie O’Donnell Tickets Going for Top Dollar

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – Rosie O’Donnell’s talk show ends May 22, and tickets for the final taping are going for $5000 each. That’s according to Noel Turner, who runs NYTix.com, an eBay-like forum where people can buy, sell and trade TV show tickets. He says the hunt for Rosie tickets has hit a fever pitch. Turner says most people are just too lazy to stand in line to get the tickets – which the networks give out for free – but those who do can make a killing with sites like his. However, Turner says not all TV show tickets go for such high price. He says shows like Montel usually go for about $50 on his site but there was hardly a demand for Sally Jessy Raphael tickets when the show was still on the air.
