Author of Anti-Modeling Book Offers Modeling Scholarship

MONTREAL (Wireless Flash) – It might sound strange, but a journalist who recently published a book about the evils of the modeling industry is now offering a scholarship to a modeling academy. Ian Halperin recently went undercover as a model to write Bad And Beautiful (Citadel), an expose of the modeling world, but now he’s offering a scholarship to place an “impoverished teenage model” smack dab into the industry he cried foul on. Well, before YOU cry foul, Halperin says it’s not modeling that’s bad – it’s the “...sleazebags that have infiltrated the industry to take advantage of kids.” He says his scholarship will help one aspiring Derek Zoolander or Heidi Klum attend a legitimate modeling academy that’s credible enough to keep the kid away from the evils he witnessed – which should take about $30,000.
