There was a man and a pregnant woman in a car. The woman was in labor and they were trying to get to a hospital. The man who was driving looked like "Father" in Beauty and the Beast. The woman was in a great deal of pain and he was trying calm her as he drove. All of a sudden there was a wet, cracking, fleshy sound and the lower half of the woman's belly, including parts of her pelvic area fell off or split open, accompanied by a faint, rotten odor. It was the baby; it had eaten it's way out of her. I didn't actually see it. There were bits and pieces of gray stuff on the ragged edge of the gaping hole and in the hole itself that was her belly. The woman was still alive and didn't seem to be in any pain despite what had just happened.
