They didn't bother to block the road, instead they just gave a ticket to anyone who drove by. At midnight when i was pulled over, i witnessed 2 other cars being pulled over. i couldn't imagine the amount of tickets given in the day. I could go on and on with this, but i have a headache. my court date is next thursday, i'm fucking going to that and i am going to get an explaination. I'll update you all after i go to court.
