Hope your not from Palestine Arkansas. There are people thier that ride around in police cars that try to citate everyone for anything possible, such as parking in an UNMARKED handicap parking space and speeding on a dirt road (which is the persons driveway) COPS FROM PALESTINE ARKANSAS ARE FUCKED UP LAZY LOSERS FROM HELL.
