Help!

These are things I need and want to learn more about. Advice is free and I'm always open to it.

My Geneaology - What are some of the best free Geneaology resources on the Internet?
Johann Heinroth - He supposedly founded Psychiatry a century before Freud, yet I have found virtually nothing in the English language on this guy. He lived from 1773-1843 and he served on staff at the University of Leipzig, that's all I know. Can any of you give me more info and leads about Heinroth?
Does anyone know Jay Connell? He was my 6th grade teacher at Ludwigsburg Elementary School. Originally, he's from Minnesota and so far I have been unable to contact him.
Does anyone know Tony Li? He was my Lens Lab Supervisor at Pearle Express in the Federal Way Mall. I lost track of him too.

Any helpful advice or leads you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
