I recently saw the show in San Antonio, Texas on Sunday, October 24th at a
place called "Tejano Texas"(yes, i know, a country place)... i have already
posted a review for the one from corpus christi a while back, but i went
again... it was a hell of a lot better show.. i got there a couple hours
early, and went to the back where i was talking to a couple of people from
slipknot when i saw this guy wearing a halloween mask.. one that covered
only the front of his face, and he had on sun glasses... he looked somewhat
familiar.. but i wasn't sure until a friend mentioned the thought that it
might be brad(dez).. and at that point i knew it was.. i yelled "brad" and
he looked.. i asked him to come over, and he said "one second".. we waited
not too long then he came out and talked to him a little bit.. he know's my
fiancee as i mentioned in the corpus review, so he knew who i was.. it was
cools.. then during Dope's set, i was talking to slipknot throughout, and
these two (hot) girls that i know asked me to introduce them to slipknot..
and they pulled me away from my friends to the back of the building to talk
to me about it.. and there was this guy leaning on a rail watching dope's
performance.. he looked REALLY familiar.. i said "hey what's up?" and he
smiled and said nothing.. i knew at that point it was mike.. i was too
happy.. then, towards the end of slipknot's final song "scissors", i saw
nadja walking towards the door to go get ready for their set.. i melted..
she is like my crush.. i ran up to her, and started talking to her about
the corpus show how i talked to her, and i had her sign my shoe next to
brad's signature(that was all i had left).. she is so hot.. i am like in
love :P anyways.. after their show which kicked all ass... i went to the
back again, cause corey from slipknot told me to go back there and i could
get on their tour bus.. so i went back there, hoping to talk to miguel and
get his and mike's autograph's but they didn't show.. i did end up getting
on slipknot's tour bus, and chilling with dope and slipknot all nite, but i
really wanted to meet coal chamber, at least the rest of them... this
friday, i am going to kileen, texas to see slipknot headline the show
there.. i don't know why coal chamber isn't going to be there, but they
will be missed.. anyways.. more reviews when time comes..
