Child Support Rulings
Child Support Rulings do not have the force of law. Each decision made by the Child Support Agency is made on the merits of each individual case having regard to any relevant Ruling (and the amount of money the taxman can score for consolidated revenue)

Child support ruling no. CS 1 Periodic amounts - Definition of periodic amounts of maintenance. Requirement that periodic amounts be payable to "payee".

Child support ruling no. CS 2 Guidelines for the remission of penalty under section 68 for late payment of child support debts by payers imposed under section 67.

Child support ruling no. CS 3 Guidelines for remission of penalty for late payment of deductions, failure to make deductions of child support or failure to explain shortfalls in remittances by employers.
