See what I mean about my hair? And I'm still wearing that ugly brown jacket!

The whole gang (except Carl and dad - who I think took the photo) around 1981 in the backyard at Mooroolbark. Including Nanna, that's four generations. The only bubs missing are Rosemary and Janelle, who came later. Notice how Foxy's still acting like a big kid, but without Carl he's now playing with Shirley.

I like my hair here. If only I could have kept it...

My 21st birthday. Dig the side-burns. This was way before 90210! Kylie in foreground. Ahh, the old mantel piece and fireplace...

What a dag....These were reject shots for my rail pass when I was going to Rusden. Taken at a photo booth in old Eastland. I think I look a bit like Rik Mayall (from The Young Ones) here. The book is actually 'The Owl Service'. I was reading it for my Children's Lit class. Didn't much like it - the book. But I liked my Big M's, yes indeedy.

Ahh, now these are video grabs from a video I made in third year for my Advanced Backpack class. It was called 'Coping (With Life)'. This was during my bearded, existential 'Jean Luc Godard' phase.
I'd put on a lot of weight by this time. Hey, I just didn't care! Here I am answering the question I posed to others: 'How do you cope with life?" I begin to expound on the theme of 'being creative'.
Then my groovy sunglasses fall off as I bend over, making me look ridiculous. I yell 'cut!'. That's my final answer to the question.

I finally graduate with my Bachelor of Education. I'm actually holding a 'dummy' degree here. The real one was sent to me later. Dad didn't go, so Shirley went in his place with mum. I remember when it was my turn to have my name called out the speaker called out the next student's name, and it was a girl. So there I was, standing in front of everyone, and being called 'Lisa Ilott'. Doh!
