Here are some of the most famous and exotic items from the War of the Lance

The Blue Crystal Staff
This item was given to Riverwind the Plainsman by the goddess
Mishakal in Xak Tsaroth and was then presented to the
Chieftain's Daughter Goldmoon. It is made from a single piece
of crystal and has a bladed head with an unknown gem
centered in it. This staff can only be used by someone of
inherent good. It can help with healing, create light, remove
curses, remove fear, and even raise the dead.

Dragonlances
For a long period of Krynn's history, these powerful weapons
were though to be nothing more than myth. They are very real,
however, and have been credited in turning the tide of the Third
Dragon War and the War of the Lance. The Dragonlances are
created from pure Dragonmetal, which is only found at the
Monument of the Silver Dragon, with the assistance of the
Hammer of Kharas and the Silver Arm of Ergoth. There are two
types of dragonlances: the eight foot footman's lance and the
sixteen foot mounted lance.

Frostreavers
These rare battleaxes were encountered by the companions during their trip to
Icewall in search of a dragonorb. They are made from very dense ice and can not be
used at temperatures above freezing. Only the Revered Clerics of the Ice Tribes have
been able to successfully create frostreavers and it is even very difficult for them. It
should be noted however, that once before the Cataclym a renegade mage almost
succeeded in replicating them.

The Hammer of Kharas
The Hammer of Kharas is said to be the only hammer that is able to forge a
dragonlance. It is a war hammer of incredable size and power. Only those of inherent
good can weild it and then the hammer still controls the person more than the person
controls the hammer. It can turn the undead, detect evil, provide immunity to fear and
protection from missiles, and heal the injured. It is said that the dwarf who possesses
the hammer will become the king of Thorbardin.

Nightbringer
The origin of this great mace is unknown but it was last weilded by
the dragon highlord Verminaard during the War of the Lance. It
can blind a target upon receiving the command "midnight" and can
only be used by an evil being. When Verminaard was killed in Pax
Tharkas, the mace was taken by the gully dwarf Sestun and has
not been seen since.

The Staff of Magius
This staff was presented to the legend Raistlin after his crippling completion of the
Test in Wayreth. It was later presented to Palin (much to the shock of the dark elf
Dalamar) after he completed his Test in the Tower of High Sorcery in Palanthas. This
staff has an unusually high durability and it is known that it protects its owner from
harm as well as has the ability to cast light upon command. However, the full power
of the staff is a mystery.

Wyrmslayer
This enchanted two-handed sword was accidently discovered by Tanis Half-Elven in
the Sla-Mori during a battle with a giant slug. Tanis claims that the sword was given
to him by the corpse of the great Qualinesti ruler Kith-Kanan. Wyrmslayer has the
ability protect its user from the breath and the spells of dragonkind. Although it was
temporarily lost when the dragon highlords attacked Tarsis, it was later returned to
Tanis on his wedding to Laurana.

The Disks of Mishakal
These 160 disks were discovered in the ruins of Xak Tsaroth upon defeating the
black dragon Khisanth. Engraved upon both sides of these disks are teachings of the
Gods of Good. Any person with the proper devout attitude who reads these disks
can become a cleric of a True God. Today they are kept in the Temple of Paladine in
Palanthas and are studied by the Clerics there.

Medallions of Faith
On each medallion is the symbol of the God which it represents, be it Good or Evil.
The only power that such a medallion possesses is the ability to reproduce itself for a
new cleric. However, on occurance the medallions have been known to protect
themselves (see Chronicles vol.1, book2, p.322).

The Silver Arm of Ergoth
The Silver Arm was created by dragon, elf, human, and dwarf
during the original forging of the dragonlances. Its purpose was to
guide the Hammer of Kharas to exact locations during the
forging. The Silver Arm was given to the blacksmith Theros
Ironfeld after the burning of Solace. It should be noted that
Theros Ironfeld was a blacksmith of such high caliber that he was
able to create the dragonlances with only the help of the Silver
Arm and not the Hammer of Kharas.

Dragon Orbs
Of the five drgaon orbs that were originally created, none
remain. Two were destroyed during the Lost Wars. One was
broken by the Kender Tasselhoff Burrfoot and the Council of
Whitestone, another at the High Clerist Tower, and the final
was lost when Raistlin entered the Abyss from Skullcap. The
orbs could only be used by a person of powerful will. They
were able to control the evil dragons, and it is believed that
they could also heal, cast light, and detect magic.
