Whenever we'd go drinking our choice of beverages would always be beer. But Tony didn't like beer so he used to carry around rum mixed with Pepsi in a big plastic bottle. One night we were sat in somebody's car in front of the local hangout (parked - not drinking and driving) having a few, us with our beer and Tony with a big plastic pop bottle of mixed liquor when the cops pulled up nearby. Our beer bottles were small enough to fit in our coat pockets or up our sleeves but the pop bottle was another story. Tony pushed it down under his coat and we all got out and stood around with everybody else and tried to look innocent. As soon as one of cops walked by us the pop bottle full of booze slipped out form under Tony's coat and down on the ground. The cop grabbed Tony and gave him a fine for drinking in public. It didn't switch him over to beer though. The next night he had another big Pepsi bottle full of mixed booze in front of the hangout as usual.
