Out of Focus

My old buddy Woody got himself invited to a Focus Group for a company that was introducing a new type of beer. They were going to have samples, show us differant ads - that sort of crap, to get our opinions. Anyway Woody asked me along too. So we're with the Focus Group sipping on some samples and the guy in charge asks us to go around the table and tell a bit about ourselves and how much we drink in a week. So around the table it goes, everybody says their name and age or whatever but mostly everybody said they average about 5 to 10 beer a week. So I was thinking "They're going to think I'm an alcoholic". So it came to me and I told them my name and said "Well in all honesty I average between 40 and 45 beer a week." The guy running it was shocked. I said "It's nothing for me to drink a dozen Friday night and another dozen Saturday night. Wednesday is amateur night at a nearby Irish bar, that's another dozen and a few sips the other 4 nights." He was amazed. Needless to say my opinion was very valued at that meeting.
