This competition was held in Bled on 21-24 October, 1999. This is a junior grand prix competition.

The Romanian delegation was:

Marius Negrea - Team Leader, Coach
Marina Bellu - Judge(men)
Balint Miklos and Roxana Luca - Skaters

• Balint Miklos, junior men - Unfortunately he couldn't manage to do such a short as in Ostrava two weeks before. He missed 3lutz and 2axel also, and there was mistake in the 3flip+2toeloop combination also. This was enough for 16th place from 24 skaters.
  In the free he performed 4 triples, 2 times toeloop, salchow, and loop, but there was no 3flip or 3lutz. His place in the free is 15th, but he came 16th oveall.
• Roxana Luca, ladies - She missed her short also: single axel, and missed the 3toe for combo. This program put her on the 21st position from 27 competitors. The free was better, she managed to climbe a bit placing on 18th in the free. Her overall placement is 20.
