I've found turds to be very pleasing served "philly
style" on a warm, corn dusted baguette. If the turd is
firm enough, it can be sliced into thin medallions,
lightly grilled and served with a mushroom sauce
over rice or pasta. Either way, one can savor the
rich creamy texture for a rare culinary delight.
