First of all, I can't believe you didn't even mention the gerbil comment...I thought that was brilliant, myself.
Secondly, I love the fact that you believe that I can't imagine being one of America's marginalized, as if you can. Growing up a white male in America is the CUSHIEST existence on the planet...anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot. Your anger is a joke because you've lived nothing short of a charmed life, in spite of everything you claim.
And, white boy, since when were you designated as the voice of the marginalized? I can just see the Black Caucus saying, "We really need a white, uneducated, Pizza delivery guy to be our champion." You are not the voice of any marginalized group, so stop trying to speak for them. I think they would thank you for doing so.
The fact of the matter is that you spew forth such venom about the evils of our society (which I have no argument with at all) and then turn around and make disgusting stereotypes. Your "report" from the other day is a prime example, when you claimed that you had nothing against Catholics, but that they're just really fucking dumb. Now, dipshit, replace the word "Catholics" and put in the word "Jews" (or any other group of people) and see how fucking stupid and ignorant it sounds.
Stereotypes IN ANY FORM are evil, be they racial, gender-based, or religious. Anyone who truly had society's best interests at heart would be able to see that. You’re a walking hypocrisy.
Anger and passion are admirable qualities of youth, qualities that sadly fade as we age. But your anger is so ineffective. The effectiveness of your ranting is undermined by your lack of education, and by the fact that your anger is nothing compared to anger felt by the people who have actually suffered. MLK was effective because he had lived through racism in its most disgusting forms. Elie Wiesel is effective because he survived the Nazi death camps. You? What the fuck have you ever had to live through that could possibly compare to that? That is why your anger is such a joke and a waste, and why you'll NEVER be effective.
Also, while it's admirable that you willingly climb up on your soapbox day in and day out, no one is going to listen to some one so consistently misinformed. I have noted on many occasions that you rant about things you haven't even checked out. What a way to sink your ship before it even leaves port; to rant about something you are completely wrong about. And the thing is, you’ve got the very best reference tool in the world (the internet) at your fingertips, and you still make the dumbest statements. Unbelievable.
Lastly, my friend, the use of the literary designation "SIC" is a way to indicate that the quoted reference is either misspelled or contains an error of some kind. I learned that in high school. I have no idea why you used it in reference to the name "Barney" from my earlier response...I can only assume that you have no idea what "SIC" means. Once again, your ignorance is exposed.
