Be advised that, until further notice, any and all claims, liens, accounts recievable, and/or other forms of remunatory petition, outstanding or undeclared, against the now-defunct THE BLACKWOOD REPORT 2001 are rendered fully hiatal, pending the outcome of solvency deliberations currently before the courts.
Assets listed in association with THE BLACKWOOD REPORT 2001, its officers, representatives, and/or physical holdings, are likewise frozen until such time as a pronouncement of decision by the judicial representatives currently assessing this matter.
Finally, recent allegations concerning long-rumored wrongdoings on the part of THE BLACKWOOD REPORT 2001 and its parent company, The Vitale Family of Fine Infotainment Extravaganzance, with respect to the untimely passing of the lovely and talented Mrs. William Shatner, will NOT be tolerated. All Vitale family members and THE BLACKWOOD REPORT 2001 have been summarily exonerated before the courts, both here and in Canada, all appeals have been exhausted, the matter is ended.
Herewith, further besmirchment of our clients' good names shall be met with speedy and certain civil action to the fullest extent of the law.
