Substitute your own text for 'feedback form'. When visitors fill in the form, their messages are emailed directly to you. You can see your form by using ACCMail methods, eg: GetWeb. Get http://www.internettrash.com/utilities/getfeedback.shtml?<your-alias> Fill in the form, and submit it by email. You will get back your own message. The advantage of this form is that it is so easy -- you don't have to set it up. There are two clear disadvantages: a) You can't modify it in any way. b) It is in English.
